Hand Weights- Standing

This video has you working your core and posture by using light hand weights (2-3 lbs). Don't be fooled, the core challenge is real! Think of the weights as an extension of your core.

This workout is great because your can purchase or find light hand weights easily and can do it anywhere. As you get stronger in your core, your feel the "burn" quicker. Said another way, as you get better at Pilates, you feel the work quicker because you have built those neural pathways. The exercises in these videos will challenge your alignment, your core, your balance and help you develop your body uniformly.
