Intermediate Mat

The intermediate mat will leave you challenged and ready for the rest of your day. This is a great workout to do after you have learned the beginner mat.

You've made it to the intermediate mat! This means you have built your practice by adding exercises, starting with the Basic 10. Practicing your transitions between exercises will also help you advance your practice. Remember to move slow and transition fast. Less movement will always be more.
