Power Circle- between the knees and feet and arms

Grab yourself a power circle and learn how to feel your deepest core. Remember, move the muscles, not the bones!

Use this video to help you connect to your deeper self. In Pilates we use a concept called the Three Anchors. They consist of your inner thighs, lower abdominals and your seat. This is a great video for those who are not sure how to "scoop" or find their round back (c- curve spine). In Pilates, the back is either round or straight.
