Beginner Mat

Do this workout to work your mind body connection, strengthen the core and open your spine. Great to do after you have learned the fundamentals and basic 10 mat exercises.

When learning the mat, no exercises are eliminated as you progress. Rather, you build your base work by adding exercises as you advance. Make sure to move slow with control. If you want to gain "speed," do it by learning and practicing your transitions.
