Hi! I'm Sara
Since 1998, I've been dedicated to teaching Pilates full-time, initially discovering its benefits through cross-training for marathons and road cycling while managing scoliosis-related back pain. My career includes roles such as Director of Pilates, where I led a team of 17+ instructors, and since 2018, I’ve owned and operated my own studio, creating a supportive environment for clients. As a comprehensively trained, NPCP-certified instructor and second-generation teacher, I also train future instructors with Peak Pilates.
